Tome of Enhancement (Racial +1)
| Minimum Level | 1 |
| Binding | Binds to Character on Acquire |
| Description | Entwined with the words of this thick book is a powerful magical effect that grants a permanent +1 inherent bonus to Racial Enhancement Points. This effect will not stack with other inherent bonuses to this skill (like those from other tomes) but will replace them if greater. When this tome is consumed, your enhancement points usage will be recalculated with racial enhancement points being applied first to any points spent in the racial tree. This will cause you to be refunded a single universal enhancement point if you've already spent at least your current balance of racial points in the racial tree. |
