Lord Amanatu and Lady Delera the Fourth are two of Stormreach’s more visible Coin Lords and run city affairs, while Zin, the Harbormaster is responsible for the docks area and the flow of goods in and out of the city. As the rulers of the city, these individuals make for powerful allies.
