Drag this augment into a slot to upgrade an item to allow a 2% chance on your being hit to heal you for 20 to 120 Hit Points and deal 50 to 300 Electric damage to your surrounding enemies. (Equipping more than one of this Augment provides a separate 2% chance). This effect may only proc once every 30 seconds, regardless of how many you have equipped. This augment can go in a Blue, Green, or Purple Augment Slot.
