You do not suffer a -4 penalty on attack rolls when using a dwarven waraxe. Dwarven waraxes can Strikethrough as if they were a two handed weapon if they are the only weapon wielded by a proficient user. (Axe and shield or single weapon attack styles.) Dwarven Waraxes get 1.1x your Ability Score modifier to Damage on top of other boosts.
