Surround target adversary with rainbows, dealing 1d6+6 Chaos Damage per caster level (Maximum damage 10d6+60). They take a random (but powerful) effect, and every 2 seconds, they take another random effect. A successful Will save reduces the damage by half and negates the additional effects.
